We run two club nights, Tuesdays 7pm from Horsehay Golf Course and Thursdays 7pm from The Park School.
At these nights we offer a range of paced running groups and training sessions.
We also have a performance and technique session taken by our running coach. This takes place weekly on Tuesdays.
We have a fantastic team of experienced UK Athletics qualified run leaders offering runs at all paces, so there is always a run for you to get involved in at every club session.
We have a good selection of routes to suit all tastes, these include road and trail routes.
All of our sessions are designed to be fun and enjoyable but to also aid our running to progress and improve as required.
In addition to our club sessions we also run couch to 5K courses during the year. Our C25K course is ideal for total beginners who are interested in getting into running, losing a few lbs or just want to get active. We have dedicated UK Athletic qualified run leaders who are experienced in running the course and run sessions from start to completion.
Upon successful completion of the course we run a graduation morning at Telford Parkrun which is supported by a large number of our club members to run with our C25K students and support and help around the 5k route.
Throughout the year we have a number of events to get involved in from our incredibly popular Ironbridge Half Marathon to our social days/nights out.
As a Telford Harriers member you will also be able to get involved in our club cross country races.
We enter the North Staffordshire Cross Country League and the North Wales Cross Country events, all of which run from September to February.
