The Welfare Officers are a confidential, approachable point of contact if you ever need to talk, have a concern, or just want some advice. They’re here to help make sure the club remains a safe, supportive and welcoming place for everyone.

How we can help

Our Welfare Officers can:

-
Offer a listening ear and confidential support
-
Provide guidance and signposting to appropriate help or resources
-
Support members with welfare, wellbeing or safeguarding concerns
-
Help with issues around inclusion, respect and behaviour
-
Advise on concerns involving training, events or club activities
-
Support both adults and juniors, or parents/carers where appropriate
You don’t need to be in crisis to reach out — whether it’s something small that’s been bothering you, or something more serious, the Welfare Officers are there to help.
Getting in touch
If you’d like to speak to a Welfare Officer, you can contact either of them in confidence. Please email the club and we'll put you in touch, or feel free to approach them at training or club events.
No problem is too small. If something doesn’t feel right, we’d much rather you talked to us.
